You can get all fancy and scentful playing in your Fridge and Spice Cabinet. I just enjoy the simplicity of a citrus simmer pot. Maybe, add some Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, or a favorite aromatic. Simmer on low and refill with water as needed.

My Guy’s Daughter is extremely Lactose-intolerant. She loves Cheesecake. Years ago I told her I could make her a Dairy-free Cheesecake. She of course was hesitant. It only took one bite for this to become a tradition. She looks forward to my Raspberry Cheesecake for her Birthday every year.

The recipe is available by searching Raspberries on my main page.

Til next time……ENJOY ๐Ÿ™‚

Life has seemed to gotten in my way lately ๐Ÿ™‚ I noticed that after the last Farmer’s Market of the season. I go into a cooking slump. I am realizing that is just the way it is. I went grocery shopping for the first time last weekend. It just isn’t the same as enjoying the beauty and conversations at the Farmer’s Market. I chose the store well though. I went to Trader Joe’s and just let myselfย  wander through the store and purchase without an agenda nor a budget. Well, kinda. I am always Frugal.

I have taken pictures of most of the things I’ve created in my room. I will be back on a more regular schedule soon.

Happy Holidays to all and Thank you!
