Summer Squash (aka Patty Pan $2 a lb.), Lettuces($2 each), Spring Onions (aka Scallions)($1.50), Broccoli($2 a lb.), Cauliflower(look at all the colors)($2 a lb.), Strawberries($4 a qt.) and the best Cheeses(prices vary)- Chive Cheddar, Caraway Cheddar and the most flavorful  Monterey Jack you will ever taste.

The Broccoli and Cauliflower will be washed and trimmed for Dinners and mostly for Lunches this week. I think I’ll make a Dill Dip for the Veggies.

Simple Dill Dip

Dill to taste

a sprinkle of Garlic

Plain Yogurt

Ranch Dressing to taste

a splash of Pickle Juice

Mix well, put in a air-tight container, refrigerate and let it talk for an hour or more. Enjoy!!!
