I’ve been wanting an either Spinach Souffle or a Spinach Artichoke Dip. I guess what  I really wanted was warm Spinach.

imageSeasoned with Garlic. No need for Oil or even Water since the Spinach had been frozen. Let me explain. The Spinach wasn’t fresh enough anymore for Salad but still fine for cooking. So, I had thrown it in the freezer for future use. Please feel free to use packaged  frozen. I don’t think it really matters in this creation of mine. Stirred in some Parmesan n Greek Cream Cheese. Make as creamy as you like. No measurements required in this YUMMY creation. This is just a throw together kinda thing.

Spinach any form will work

Parmesan or your favorite Sharp Cheese like Asiago, a good lock jaw kind of Provolone. Like it Spicy try maybe even a good quality Pepper Jack.

Greek Cream Cheese or Cream Cheese or Neufchâtel which is here in the States named Light Cream Cheese 🙂

Garlic to your taste

Tortilla Chips or your favorite crunch.
