Halloween continued….

My Guys are talented!!!!!!

I finally found the time  to roast my Pumpkin Seeds. I wasn’t sure how to store them until I could roast them. So, I decided to freeze them…and it worked they came out absolutely terrific.


Roast at 365-385 degrees. I sprayed them with Olive Oil and sprinkled Fine Grind Sea Salt on them. Baked for about 10 minutes, stir and pay close attention til they were done. Taste a couple until t you are happy with the crunch.
