Farmer’s Market Pizza recipe.FYI this pizza will be a reacurring recipe. It changes as the ingredients from the Farmer’s market change.

Rosemary Focaccia (Bonjour la Pariienne) 1 per person (pkg of 4)
2 small tomatoes thinly sliced and quartered
2+ spring onions, carmelized in butter (yes, butter)
1/2 medium green pepper,thinly sliced
2+ small balls of fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced (Blue Ridge Dairy Co.)
garlic powder sprinkled over each focaccia, to taste.
Finely grated parmessan (your preference)
fresh basil leaves gently torn

Preheat oven to about 365-385 degrees bake til mozzarella wilts. About 4-6 minutes.
The ingredient portions are for 2 focaccia pizzas
